After that finance officers were delegated necessary powers by G.O. No-A-2-3407/nl&85 Dtd. 09.12.1985, 6059/54-2-86-999(9)/74 Dtd. 13.05.1986, A-2-1602/ nl&95-24(14)/95 Dtd. 01.06.1995 and G.O. No- A-2-287/ nl&2005-24(3)/05 Dtd. 29.07.2005.

Instructions for maintaining Annual Character Roll Entry of the Officers and Employees of Minor Irrigation Dept. was issued by the G.O. No-5300/62-3-99-74-R.I.S./99 Dtd .18.12.1999 and No.-539/62-2-2003-2/4(69)/2000 Dtd. 07.03.1963.

The delegation of administrative powers to Junior Engineer was issued by G.O. No-7844/54-2-996/75 Dtd. 18.02.1989 and by the circular No.- 3357/LFkk0-5/(153)/93 Dtd. 11.06.1993 of Chief Engineer Minor Irrigation Dept., Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
